The Kansas City Current and the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB), in collaboration with FIFA World Cup 2026 ™, are hosting a Netherlands Community Training Session on Wednesday, June 10 at 10:30 a.m. CT. The training session will be held at Riverside Stadium in Riverside, Mo, located adjacent to the Kansas City Current Training Facility.
Kansas City Current Season Ticket Members, Current Club Members and Teal Rising Alliance Members will receive an exclusive opportunity to sign up for a ticket drawing via the email associated with their account. A limited number of tickets will be made available to each group, and all registered parties will enter a random drawing to receive tickets. Entries are limited to one per account, and selected entrants will receive a maximum of two tickets each.
Fans interested in registering for the Netherlands Community Training Session drawing are encouraged to sign up for Current Club, the Kansas City Current’s trailblazing fan membership experience, HERE.
All tickets will be distributed virtually. Registration is now open for KC Current Season Ticket Members, Current Club Members and Teal Rising Alliance Members — made up of youth soccer clubs and families from across the region. The deadline to register for tickets is 11:59 p.m. CT on June 5. Registrants who earn community training session tickets in the drawing will be notified prior to the event.
The community-focused session provides an opportunity for fans to experience a live training session for the Dutch National Team as Oranje continues its preparations for this summer’s tournament. The Kansas City Current Training Facility will serve as the Dutch National Team’s home base and official team headquarters throughout FIFA World Cup 2026 ™, and the Netherlands will play its final group stage match on Thursday, June 25 at Kansas City Stadium. Concessions and KC Current merchandise will also be available for purchase.
An allotment of tickets will also be made available to residents of Riverside, Mo. The City of Riverside will contact residents in the lead-up to the event with more information, and interested parties can find more information HERE. Attendance and on-site parking will be free for attendees.
Completed in 2025, Riverside Stadium is a 2,000-seat outdoor stadium, featuring a heated grass pitch and fan amenities. Riverside Stadium is one of the anchors of a new wave of investment and economic development in the City of Riverside and the Kansas City Region, led by the Kansas City Current ownership group.
