Kansas City Current Announces Public Ticket On-Sale for 2026 NWSL Playoffs, Presented by Google Pixel

KANSAS CITY (Oct. 29, 2026) — The Kansas City Current announced today that tickets for a potential home quarterfinal match in the 2026 National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) Playoffs, presented by Google Pixel, will go on sale to the public Thursday, Oct. 29, at 10 a.m. CT. Fans can purchase tickets HERE. The NWSL postseason begins with the quarterfinal rounds Nov. 6-8.

The Current will look to bring postseason excitement back to CPKC Stadium as the club pursues another championship run. Fans will be able to purchase their tickets upon selection but will be refunded if the Current is on the road for the quarterfinal match.

Kansas City has secured its third consecutive postseason appearance and fourth playoff berth in the franchise’s six-year history, joining three other NWSL clubs with an active postseason streak of at least three seasons. With one regular season match remaining, the Current has amassed 50 points and sits fourth in the NWSL standings.

CPKC Stadium has once again proven to be one of the league’s most formidable home-field advantages. The Current remained unbeaten at CPKC Stadium following the conclusion of Kansas City’s regular season home slate with an 11-0-4 record, extending its NWSL-record home unbeaten streak to 32 consecutive matches.

Kansas City has scored 52 goals this season, including three hat tricks to tie the league record, with 39 goals coming at CPKC Stadium. That total matches the club’s 2024 squad for the most home goals in a single season in franchise history. Kansas City’s 11 home victories matched the 2025 squad’s single-season record.

The Current has continued to make its mark on the NWSL postseason throughout the club’s six-year history, advancing to the NWSL Championship in 2022 as the fifth seed, reaching the semifinals in 2024 as the fourth seed and competing in the quarterfinals in 2025. Kansas City’s quarterfinal opponent will be determined following the conclusion of the regular season on NWSL Decision Day, Nov. 1.
