Bayley Feist joined the Kansas City Current in January 2024 as a free agent, inking a two-year deal through the 2025 season. She played five seasons with the Washington Spirit after being drafted No. 17 overall in the 2019 NWSL Draft. She made 53 appearances with the Spirit across all competitions while recording three goals and three assists. In her debut season with the Current in 2024, Feist scored her first goal for the club in a 5–2 victory over Bay FC on April 20, 2024, and played a key role in Kansas City's triumph in the 2024 NWSL x Liga MX Femenil Summer Cup. She appeared in nine regular season matches for the Current in 2025 with five starts, also dishing out two assists as the club won the Teal Rising Cup. Feist helped the Current win the 2025 NWSL Shield while setting league records for points (65), wins (21) and consecutive wins (9), among others.
The highest NWSL draft pick in school history, Feist had a standout collegiate career at Wake Forest University from 2015-18 where she started 61 of 78 matches. She amassed 22 goals and 10 assists while logging 5,670 minutes. Feist garnered All-Atlantic Region and All-ACC honors in 2017 and 2018.
