Kansas City Current Announces Upcoming Watch Parties at Current Landing

KANSAS CITY (April 21, 2026) – The Kansas City Current has announced the beginning of a series of watch parties that will take place at Current Landing, the waterfront mixed-use district anchored by CPKC Stadium and the Missouri River. These fun, family-friendly events will be held in conjunction with KC Current road matches, making Current Landing an exciting new destination to gather and root for Kansas City’s favorite teams.

The first watch party at Current Landing will take place on Friday, April 24, when the Current faces the Washington Spirit at 7 p.m. CT. Subsequent watch parties will be on Saturday, May 2, for the Current vs. North Carolina Courage match at 5:30 p.m. CT as well as on Wednesday, May 20, for Kansas City vs. Angel City FC at 9 p.m. CT.

Watch parties will include various food and beverage options for purchase, inclusive of happy hour pricing. Fans, who are encouraged to wear teal and other KC Current apparel, will be able to enjoy activations such as a live DJ and face painting. The KC Current Team Store will also be open.

Fan entry will begin one hour prior to kickoff. Free on-site parking will be available in the Green Lot across from CPKC Stadium, subject to availability. Chair rentals will be available for $5 while supplies last, and personal blankets will be admitted. No outside food and beverage is permitted. Registration for the watch party on Friday, April 24, is not required.
