KANSAS CITY (Oct. 1, 2026) — The Kansas City Current announced that forward/midfielder Debinha will be featured as the club’s second-ever bobblehead, set to be given away during the Current’s final home match of the regular season against the Washington Spirit on Sunday, Oct. 25, at 4 p.m. CT. The first 5,500 fans in attendance inside CPKC Stadium will receive the limited-edition bobblehead celebrating the NWSL’s all-time leading scorer across all competitions.
Debinha’s bobblehead is clad in the club’s Storm Kit — the Current’s first-ever third kit — delivering one of her signature fist pump goal celebrations with the iconic No. 99 on the back of her jersey. Bobbleheads are available for the first 5,500 fans who enter CPKC Stadium on matchday. A valid match ticket for CPKC Stadium is required to collect the Debinha bobblehead.
The bobblehead giveaway is an addition to the club’s super-charged matchday experience — One Current 2026: Bigger Home. Bigger Future. — set to celebrate the club’s final home match of the regular season. The Current’s match on Oct. 25 will transform CPKC Stadium and Current Landing into a record-setting gathering of 18,000 fans. Current fans can join the excitement with purchase of a match ticket or a first-of-its-kind Current Landing Grounds Pass, allowing fans to take in the matchday excitement just steps from the stadium. The total attendance of 18,000 fans on the riverfront is set to be the highest attendance figure in CPKC Stadium history.
Tickets to the match are available for purchase HERE. Current Landing Grounds Pass tickets, which begin at $11 and are inspired by the fan-friendly atmosphere of the US Open, can be purchased HERE.
One of the most decorated players in NWSL history, Debinha is wrapping up yet another historic campaign as the 2026 regular season draws to a close. On Aug. 8, she scored her 83rd goal across all NWSL competitions to become the all-time leading scorer in NWSL history. She has since extended that total to 84. Additionally, she currently sits in a tie for fourth place on the all-time NWSL regular season scoring leaderboard with 60 goals. So far in 2026, the Brazilian international has five goals and one assist.
Debinha also became the first Brazilian player in NWSL history to reach 150 career regular season starts and just the third player in NWSL history to reach 100 career regular season wins earlier this season. Now, she is forever enshrined as the club’s second-ever bobblehead giveaway.
Fans can collect the limited-edition bobblehead exclusively at the Current’s match against the Washington Spirit on Sunday, Oct. 25, at 4 p.m. CT. The match serves as the club’s annual Fan Appreciation Match, set to galvanize the Kansas City community ahead of the Current’s postseason push.
Fans in attendance at CPKC Stadium and Current Landing can also look forward to an exclusive KC Current flag giveaway for the first 10,000 fans in attendance. Following the match, fans are invited to stay for a Current Landing Watch Party viewing of the Sunday Night Football game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Seattle Seahawks, kicking off at 7:20 p.m. CT. The Current will welcome Chiefs alumni and legends to join the pre-match festivities, creating a full-day celebration of Kansas City sports on the riverfront.
