CPKC STADIUM ONSITE PARKING

RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

Any violation of these onsite parking rules and regulations could result in ejection and/or loss of ticket and/or parking privileges for CPKC Stadium events.

  1. Unless otherwise posted prior to a specific event, CPKC Stadium parking lots (“Parking Lots”) will open approximately three (3) hours prior to the event/stated kick-off times. All vehicles must exit the Parking Lots no later than two (2) hours after the end of each applicable stadium event. Overnight parking is not permitted for any vehicle in the Parking Lots. Unauthorized vehicles and vehicles remaining in the Parking Lots outside of the above stated event hours may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
  2. You must have a valid parking pass in order to park in the Parking Lots. Parking passes must be purchased prior to arriving to the Stadium Lots. Parking Passes are not available for purchase on-site.
  3. You must follow the instructions of parking staff in and around the Parking Lots and park in the specific lot and location directed by on-site parking staff. You are not guaranteed any specific Parking Lot location (unless otherwise stated on your parking pass). You may not park in any area that is not designated as a parking space in or around the Parking Lots.
  4. One vehicle per parking space.
  5. Saving spaces is specifically prohibited.
  6. Access to the Parking Lots during event hours are for ticketed event guests only and parking attendants have the right to confirm that guests have event tickets at any time. Guests will not be permitted to remain in the Parking Lots after the event has begun. No loitering.
  7. If your vehicle exceeds 18’ in length and/or 9’ in width, or if your vehicle is too large to fit properly into one parking space, or if it is a bus or RV, you may be refused entry, directed to another parking area, and/or be required to purchase an additional parking pass. Tow-behind trailers are not permitted. Additional parking fees may apply to oversize vehicles, buses and RVs.
  8. Non-licensed motorized vehicles are prohibited within the parking lot(s), including without limitation golf carts, ATV's, UTV's and other similar vehicles.
  9. The following items are prohibited in the Parking Lots:
    • Amplified sounds systems
    • Animals (except service animals)
    • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades,
    • Generators
    • Grills of any kind, oil fryers, cooking stations, fire pits
    • Drones and other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles
    • Fireworks or other explosives of any kind including but not limited to flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and pyrotechnics
    • Glass bottles or containers
    • Illegal drugs and substances
    • Signs, banners, or flags displaying symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, offensive or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation are prohibited
    • Tables and Chairs
    • Tents
    • Trailers of any kind
    • Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms and any ammunition or accessories to weapons
    • Yard games that block or interfere with parking spaces, parking aisles or traffic in the Parking Lot

 

  1. You acknowledge and agree that you and your guests and each of your respective belongings and/or vehicle may be searched upon entry into the Parking Lots and/or other security checkpoints. Prohibited items may be confiscated at the sole discretion of CPKC Stadium Management or individual conducting the inspection. Any surrendered or confiscated prohibited items will be deemed to have been surrendered irrevocably and voluntarily and may be disposed of without any liability. By entering a Parking Lot, you hereby consent to such searches and inspections and waives all claims relating to them. If you or your guests do not permit such searches or inspections, you may be denied entry to or ejected from the Parking Lots and/or event without refund.
  2. Solicitations, commercial or otherwise, including the use of branded vehicles, are prohibited in the Parking Lots. Sales of any food, beverage, or other items in the Parking Lots, either prepaid or walk-up, is prohibited.
  3. The use, operation, deployment, or monitoring of any aerial vehicle, including but not limited to any fixed wing roto aircraft, drone, rocket, powered balloons, ultralights, or model aircraft, regardless of whether controlled by line of sight, radio frequency, tethers, or any other means, is prohibited at any time on or near CPKC Stadium, including the Parking Lots, and the airspace immediately above it. Violators may be subject to prosecution and fines for violations of FAA regulated airspace restrictions in addition to any other remedy provided in these terms and conditions and available under applicable laws.
  4. All applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to disabled parking, alcohol consumption and distribution, and all other activities shall apply while in the Parking Lots.
  5. Failure to obey any instruction, direction or request of police, parking attendants, traffic control staff and/or CPKC Stadium staff or set forth on Parking Lot signage, or a violation of these rules and regulations or any of CPKC Stadium’s or KC Current’s policies may result in ejection from the Parking Lot, forfeiture and cancellation of your parking pass and/or season parking passes (if applicable) without reimbursement or compensation, and/or your vehicle being towed at your expense.
  6. Parking is at your own risk. There is no parking security to monitor vehicles during event hours or otherwise. Neither CPKC Stadium nor its employees, owners, officers, representatives, agents, affiliates or parking attendants are responsible for any injury, personal injury or lost, stolen, damaged items or property. Ensure you lock your car and store valuable items out of site or take with you when leaving your vehicle.
