About the event
You're invited to the first Locomotion Heart Health Event presented by CPKC on Saturday, September 6. This event at CPKC Stadium is exclusive to Kansas City Current Season Ticket Members and Current Club Members, with a focus on promoting cardiovascular wellness. You will have the opportunity to take part in exercise classes led by local instructors and participate in heart-focused activities, while learning practical tips for maintaining a healthy heart. The University of Kansas Health System will be on-site, sharing expert information on cardiac health. Hy-Vee will highlight nutritious food options alongside Ruby Jean's Juicery, which will provide fresh juice samples that support a heart-healthy lifestyle.
Limited spots are available for each class. To register, complete the signup form for each member on your account who is attending the event using the email address associated with your membership. Participants must be 18 years or older. Each attendee can register for one (1) session only. All classes begin at 8:30 a.m.

Freight House Fitness
45 minutes of HIIT work: 30 minutes of a bodyweight circuit for all athletic levels, ending with 15 minutes of yoga and breathwork.

Join Gigi Ferrante, founder of TheFIRM for a 45-signature pilates-inspired sculpt class using resistance bands, low-impact movement, and short cardio bursts to make you feel stronger, more grounded and ready for whatever you have to tackle next.
Power Life Yoga Barre Fitness
Join certified yoga and barre instructor Rocky for a dynamic heart-focused yoga class designed to energize the body and calm the mind. This all-levels session blends strength, breath, and movement to help reduce stress, improve posture, and support cardiovascular wellness. With a touch of barre-inspired movement woven in, this class offers a well-rounded experience that’s both grounding and uplifting—perfect for anyone looking to move with purpose and leave feeling recharged.
