TICKET EXCHANGE PROGRAM INFORMATION
All season ticket members are eligible for our ticket exchange program! If you cannot attend a match, please contact your Account Executive by phone or email 48 hours prior to the match you cannot attend in order to exchange your tickets for a future match.
Accounts who are paid in full are able to exchange all tickets at this time. Accounts who have remaining payments are able to exchange tickets for the Challenge Cup this time. Once tickets are paid in full, all tickets will be eligible for exchange.
Single Match Ticket Information
All season ticket members are able to add-on additional tickets for individual matches at a discounted rate! Tickets can be purchased through your KC Current Account Manager under “Offers.”
Tickets added on online are not eligible for exchange or relocation.

Away Match Ticket Requests
Members who placed early bird deposits (by October 30, 2021) for the 2022 Season can receive complimentary road match tickets.
