STEP 1: Create or link your SeatGeek account with your KC Account Manager here.

STEP 2: Click on “Offers” and select “Flex Redemption” then select the game(s) you would like to redeem for.

STEP 3: You will be able to select your Account Credit as a method of payment to redeem.

• Please ensure you apply your Flex credit before checking out and do not charge your credit card for any tickets.
